Installation

Every installation follows the same two-step pattern: copy your snippet from the Embed & Share tab in the dashboard, then paste it into your site so the widget loads on every page.

Pick the guide for your platform:

HTML websitesAdd the widget to any custom HTML site, single-page app, or static template.

WordPressInstall with a header and footer plugin or your child theme.

WebflowUse Webflow's Custom Code settings for site-wide or per-page embeds.

Inline iframeEmbed the assistant directly into help pages, portals, and intranets.

Before you start

You will need your chatbot ID, found under Chatbots → Settings or on the Embed & Share tab. If you enabled domain security, add your site’s domain to Allowed domains first, or the widget will refuse to load.
